Wood day

Last week and today the theme of our shoots has been Christmas. Always weird thinking about decorations and X-mas food in September but it makes me feel happy that I´m spending this years round at home. Only a few months left.

What a day

When I woke up today I did not know that I was going to; gently but still firmly bump into another car and mess up our license plate, or on the playground fall over a kid´s bike standing behind me - literally flying up in the air ending up with bleeding hand and elbow, or take the wrong exit on the freeway ending up with an extreme detour, or without me having any chance to catch her see my daughter fall of the couch heads down. What do you have next for me, dearest tomorrow?

Ps. No one was in the other car & little F is up and running again with the same energy as always Ds.

Dusty Deco again

I´ve written about this store Dusty Deco before but it is definately worth mentioning again. It´s been a long time since I visited their inspirational blog so here are some goodies found since then.

Town living

Agree with Frida at Trendenser, if buying an apartment in the center of Stockholm in the near future this would definately be an option. And no, there are not three kitchens in one apartment - I just liked them all. Read more about the project here.

Too much thinking

Working from home today and realize that I have to stop thinking too much about what to do with different spaces of the house. I have so many ideas of what to do that it many times ends up with a year passing by with nothing actually happening. It is just one of those things with your own home, you want it to be so perfect it turns out the other way instead. This thought definitely got clearer today while instead of sitting at my desk (where I don´t want to sit before I have prepared the area around it nicely....stupid idea, I know) I´m as always crumbled up cheese-doodle-style in the sofa with severe back pain as result. Maybe I should just skip the interior design part for once and just sit where it is comfortable?!! Recognize the feeling?

Best of my morning round.

Happy Monday!

Sorry for days of abscence but things are a bit hectic at the moment and my new computor and I do not speak the same language. I´ve always been a PC person but suddenly I decided to go Mac and what I´m thinking now is that I want to go back...but surely, this will come to a good place in the end too. Hope you all have had a nice and relaxing weekend!
