There is an Award-mania going on in the blog-world at the moment and I´m really happy to have gotten one from greek architect and writer of blog Floor Number Four - thank you Maria! Really cool to have readers from all over the world. I´m supposed to hand this award forward and will do so very soon, but in the meantime have a look at this lovely page found through Floor Number Four - Just Little Things. That will be my award no 1. Isn´t it sweet?!

No it´s not for me, but for my mentor Lotta Agaton. The very best Lina is moving on to new great things and is leaving some pretty big shoes to fill but if you are interested - of course you should apply. Many great things to learn in the world of interior styling and interior in general. I´ve learnt so much during my soon 6 months with Lotta & Lina that will come very in handy now that I´ll try my own wings so I´m sure that this opportunity is great for anyone looking for similar things. Read more over at Lotta´s. And! If that is a too big step to take, you might want to attend the course I took at Beckmans - also with Lotta as teacher. Can only recommend it, probably the most fun weeks during this whole period - both inspiring school assignments and work with fun shoots on the side. Damn, I´ll miss this thing! But I´ll keep the memories close.

In addition to every years´s primary wish of health for everyone around me and myself - this year is very much about starting up my new job as interior stylist and decorator. I´m so very humble to this challenge & know that it is a really tough way to get there, but I´m so exited about trying and am hoping for this dream that I´ve had for a long time to come through. The storm

Here you go. The reason for my un-voluntary blog break for a week. This is just parts of one of our birch trees in front of the house. During the storm last weekend it broke in half and it was just a miracle no one got hurt. 20 minutes before we had our car parked there while unloading, with the kids in it... The telephone line was also torn down and that is why it has been silent here, crazy forces of nature. One fire truck and 6 fire men later, it was off the street but now we have to take down both of my tree loves.I guess what needs to be done, needs to be done. Good bye trees, will miss you. And hello blog readers, good to be back.

I´m guessing that most of you who read my blog also read my mentor Lotta Agaton´s page. So then you know that she is soon about to open a shop with exclusively handpicked things. It is going to be quite a small shop but oh, what a shop it will be. Today we started unpacking all of the things and I just want to assure you that it is definitely going to be worth a visit. Longing for a Sunday like this but instead we have big plans of taking care of boring stuff that needs to be done in house and garden. But oh how great it feels when all is done. You might have noticed a few changes here with layout and design and more is going to happen in the near future. Meanwhile - bear with me during a time of experimenting. So extremely happy and thankful to I have two good and talented friends by my side who are helping me with it all - thank you M & S! (don´t want to put those letters the other way around...)
